Two instance of very unprofessional and custmer hostile approch of some rmployee have come to notice. I booked iceland tour starting 28may and submitted all passports with colour zerox of all pages of newpp and front and vack of old pp as per conveyed requirement. But 15days later old pp were returned asking for copy of all pages. I want to know when this requirement was not conveyed while depositing documents and passports were already with you then for such silly thing why these were sent back. During aus nz tour innov18 good condition pp were sent back as damaged to whom even po dept and immigration dept at mumbai expressedsurprise.
