Kesari Tours — Exhorbitant service fee | |||
Kesari Tours charged me Rs 5000.00 per person to issue me a new ticket. I was not aware of this exhorbitant service fee until I cam back to India. Further they made me pay Rs 10, 000.00 more than the cost of ticket. They seem to be very callous in approach and customer service is nothing but lip service. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have booked for 6 nights & 7 days for Kulu Manali from 2nd may 2016 onwards. i have put mails /calls but absolutely poor response. Till date i dont know what is my flight timing. Whenever i ask for the details stereo typre reply is that we will intimate 3-4 days before departure.
