Kesari Tours — had booked europe tour for my parents for the month of september 2020, due to corono the trip didn't happen and they refuse to refund

We had booked 2seats for europe trip for my parents in senior citizens trip starting on 9th september. We had got a call informing it would be rescheduled to next year. Since senior citizens are involved we don't want to reschedule this trip and need to cancel it.

We have made full payment of rs 472500.
Now they are not ready to refund nor is there any means of communication with them. They are for forcing my parents to travel next year which may not be possible due to their condition.
