We have booked europe tour for 21st april 2020 departure and due to corona virus situation the trip has been cancelled by them; they dont communicate proactively and just sent one sms stating tour is cancelled and will be rescheduled. We do not want to reschedule but instead we are asking for refund as it's we have paid a huge amount from savings for 7 members.
But now there staff is not even answering any of the mails and not even processing for full refund.
