Kesari Tours — Photograph not received

I traveled with my family to Europe through Kesari travels from Mumbai on E9 Tour code from 10 May 15-17 May 15. A group photo was taken in front of the leaning tower of Pisa in Italy. They had assured that the hard copy of the photo would be sent. However, although all the other members have received the photo, we are yet to receive it.
