Kesari Tours — Seeking full refund of Europe tour cancelled due to Covid | |||
Iam utterly disappointed and disgruntled with this awful experience of booking my Europe trip (Glimpses of europe with Lake Lugano) with Kesari tours (Tour Reference no.P8280520/8, credit shell A/C No. P8 007267, Issue date September 10, 2020).I being a senior citizen without any source of income had booked this tour with Kesari and had to dig into my lifelong savings to pay the full amount for this trip.Owing to my old age/medical conditions that does not warrant me for any travel and due to pandemic impact globally i do not wish to put my life at risk and hence do not intend to travel in future for the same.I can see in the credit shell note that you have shared, you have deducted INR 12, 000/- as rescheduling charges which is beyond my understanding and is truly unreasonable for no such services availed whatsoever, its like you are charging for rescheduling the tour done by you.I would hereby like to humbly request you to refund the full amount i.e. INR 1, 73, 250/- back in my account or through cheque at the earliest.I am not interest to have a credit shell as i explained to you above that due to my age and no additional source of income, holiday is not a priority for me anymore. I will await your revert on the same till friday this week, post which i will be marking a copy of this mail to consumer redressal forum, PMO and Ministry of travel and tourism for their intervention considering my plight or maybe visit the Goa CM office @ Altinho, Goa in person if required.
