Me and my friends did a thailand tour with kesari on december 2016
We were been informed that one luggage bag per adult is part of package
We were then been informed that bags are not in stock cannot give
Then post trip same answer
And we follwed up 2-3 times
Your executive madam (Whose name i shall disclose if you take some pain to call me back) did not bothered to say anything
I can easily donate some bags to your office if required
But its about some service which was promised
Your executive who was utterly friendly before booking suddenly became unfriendly post booking
That was my first tour with kesari
And i dont think i shall ever come back again
And with this kind of service i doubt i would be able to spread good word about kesari to anyone. Was this information helpful? |
