Kesari Tours — wg15082019/14- feedback!-total disappointment

Dear kesari,

This is in regards to the subjected tour and writing to you in a very not so happy state.

First of all i have given a brief feedback and based on same got a call from to listen in.

But i felt the need to have something in written which is more of value to me..

1) i have been part of kesari tours since 2008 so.. Its been 11 years now and it was because of the hospitality and good experience. We felt satisfied and happy to the amount that we paid.

2) i am sorry to say that this particular tour literally lost all the trust with kesari and probably will be the last tour. It was such a bad experience that we actually didn’t like sgp for initial 2 days and later we adjusted ourselves and rest touring part helped to change our mood.

A) hotel was substandard
After a long and tiring journey when we reached hotel.. We were totally frustrated to see the condition/size of the hotel room.
We were told that due to some technical problem we were shifted to some 4 star hotel (I mean really!!) and more shocking kesari was new to this hotel!!!

B) the rooms were dirty!! No washroom equipments, we could barely walk into the room after keeping our luggage!! While we had a 3 hrs resting time, hotel started some maintanance work just above out floor with loads of noices of drilling and banging.
After my husband complained and spent nearly 45 mins in the matter, it stopped and later got an apology from the manager.
Ac was not working to which we patiently waited till evening.. Then finally we were asked by the hotel to pack bags go to reception from 4th floor and collect keys and then get a new room around 11 pm

C) i feel we (Guest) were taken for granted by kesari.
- the snacks were cut shorted. No chocolates.. No mouth freshners, no chips.. (I am traveling since 11 years!!- i can say it no..)
-some issue during booking time. Right from follow ups to payments which did not wanted to complain. But the limit crossed when our actual tour started
-we were feeling is it because we have choosen an economic package
However i was made clear in my initial communication with your team that only difference between economy and regular tour is the iternary.. The hotels standard remains the same..!!! So, i repeat guest were taken for granted..

Please do not consider this as a complaint against tour leader..! I am not conveying that.

I am not sure if you guys will read my whole email since its too long but yes i wanted to let you guys know the pain as after spending a nice amount we are not satisfied..

I can compare this tour since in 2008, i was part of your singapore malaysia and thailand tour.

To conclude.. I was planning a second time dubai trip with my in laws.. And then a eur tour with my whole family but sorry to say not with kesari again.
