[Resolved]  Kesineni Travels — Amount Is not Refunded to Bank Account for Failed Transaction after 20 days also..

Hi, I have booked bus ticket on 15th May 2014 through the Merchant site URL: http://www.kesinenitravels.com. Amount got debited from my account but Bus ticket is not booked successfully due to transaction got failed. Till now the amount is not getting credited to my account after 20 days. I have called customer care and mailed separately to resolve this issue but every time they are saying amount will be credited with in 48 hours. This is ridicules . For failed transaction amount should be debited with in 5 days. But KESINENI TRAVELS IS NOT RETURNING THE MONEY FOR FAILED TRANSACTIONS EVEN AFTER 20 DAYS ALSO. Please do needful and take appropriate action against them. Please find the below transaction details which was not credited to my account.
