KFC India — Amount debited for unsuccessful order twice and received no refund. | |||
On 26th OCT, I tried paying on the KFC mobile app and at the payment screen it returned with a host not reachable error and 2 times my money got debited and the order did not get processed. Later I paid through the website. 2 payments of INR 512.13 was debited from my mobikwik wallet. Whic has not been credited till now. Have send mail twice to KFC no reply till now. My account was debited with the amount of ₹232 through SBI online payment. But KFC website redirected me to a page which showed no orders in my account, my order was never confirmed but amount was debited.
I am hoping to get refund soon.

I ordered KFC Chicken Zinger Meal and paid the bill of Rs232 through SBI online payment.
Then my amount is debited from my account but i am not able to place order and now Kfc website is showing that there are no orders in my account and my money is not yet refunded. Please check once and refund my amount...as soon as possible ...
