[Resolved]  Kia India — Booked New Car KIA SONET HTK + Grey Colour not delivered after 30 weeks

I have booked KIA Sonet HTK+ Grey Colour from Shreenath Kia (Kia India) Adajan Surat Gujarat (Authorized dealer of Kia India) after paying Rs 25000 down payment dated 23.07.2021. I was informed waiting period of 19 weeks in writing. However today even after completion of close to 30 weeks i have yet not received my booked car. I have been informed in writing by Kia Company after 28 weeks of booking that i will get my car around 25th March 2022. i.e. after more than 8 months of booking. i.e. 35 weeks after booking instead of 19 weeks quoted. After my continuous follow up they have informed me that i cant do anything. I have to wait is the only option. Since December 21 Shreenath Kia Adajan team members are giving me oral fake commitments that i will get car witihin a week.
I am continuously emailing my concerns to customer care of Kia via call as well as email [protected]@kiaindia.net & respective authority area manager abhinav.[protected]@kiaindia.net since 16.11.2021. However i have been given reply dated 04.02.2022 after 81 days of emailing. In written reply after completion of 28 weeks they are informing that they will take further 7 weeks to deliver my care. i.e. 35 weeks since booking instead of 19 weeks quoted. I have been given a lot of mental harassment.
Further Kia Company have increased car price w.e.f. 01.01.2022 i.e. after 23 weeks of my booking. If i could have received my booked car within 23 weeks than i would not have to pay extra money. Without my fault i have been asked to pay hiked price. On another hand i want to sell my existing car after receipt of my new car but as KIA Company has taken 16 weeks more my car salable value has decreased. I am facing financial loss & mental harassment without any fault. They are not ready to compensate nor listening my complaints.

I am also having audio phone recording which shows my harassment & pain i have gone through & written e mail communications since 16.11.21 i.e. last 3 months.

I have not received Grey color however 8 months gone by so I have accepted white color & Rs 20000 discount they have offered for delay & compromise in color
