KIA SELTOS IMT VEHICLE GEAR SHIFTING ISSUE DURING DRIVE.
I have bought this brand new car Just three month only.
It was noticed from first month itself that the car having gear shift Issue and the Information Passed at the time of first service but not resolved, following to that I have officially raised this complaint by mail for record.
Almost they have done three time service but still the problem is alive.
Last time I got opportunity to show the Issue through video call to the KIA service team and took video also.
They have accepted the Issue and changed the Clutch tube.
But still the problem not resolved and they are not giving any more concentration on this.
Now the condition is during driving the gear got locked and we unable to change gear and we cant move the car speed further.
The result is you need to stop the car Immediately, but during running it is not possible Immediately.
This is very dangerous Issue I got this issue almost 3 times in highway along with my family. Which was vey very dangerous Incidents which we supposed to got major accident.
I have 20 years experience in driving.
Now I am very much scared to drive the car because of this gear lock Issue. and also my family not willing to travel by this car.
Every week I am spending more money for rental car for going outside.
What is the purpose of spending 14 Lacs and keep the car Idle and also no safety to drive any time you get accident .
Because of this Issue day by day I am getting frustrated more which is spoiling my health as well as my career.
Please do something for me to live.
