My TV is not working since 24Oct2021 and I am following up since 24OCT2021, Engineer visited on 27OCT and update me that the TVs display is gone and tomm from Kohinoor they call me and update me the status but no one had called me then i called your CS team on 30October2021 they update me that it will take 1 more week to update me the status since then i m trying your customer care but the no is only in voice mail and not connected to any of your CS team. from October end to till today that is November end from past 1 Month still My TV is not working request you to update me as as possible.
