The introduction of AC metros in blue line was done with the intention to increase passenger comfort, but chilling AC is only enjoyable in hot summer weather. In winter when temperature is around 13 degrees in Kolkata chilling AC temperatures increases discomfort of passengers. Often passengers suffer cold related problems due to it. I will request competent authorities to take note of it and kindly keep the AC temperature a bit higher during winter and autumn seasons compared to summer time (Mid-March to August).
