The introduction of AC metros in blue line was done with the intention to increase passenger comfort, but chilling AC is only enjoyable in hot summer weather. I have had a very bad experience today at the Kavi Nazrul metro station. There was an old male staff who was dispensing our tokens. The person gave us a torn 10 rupee notes which I politely asked him to change as it will not be accepted else where. Travelling from Chandni Chowk Station to Dum Dum Station.
