[Resolved]  Komparify — Gold sell payment not received

I have successfully sell the gold but amount not credited into my account.
I have already reply to the email about updated bank and paytm details.
But amount still not credited into my account.
I request you to please resolve my issue.
I really need the money medical emergency. Please help me.
