[Resolved] Komparify — Gold selling failed(gold not refunded)

I tried to sell my 0.728 grams of gold and tried to transfer my money to my Paytm wallet but unfortunately gold selling is shown failed and showing that you can retry gold sale again but my 0.728 grams of gold is not returned back to my account to sell again. How can I resell as gold is not returned back to my account. Please have a look on my issue and give my gold back to my account.
