[Resolved]  Komparify — Payment not received for ORDER[protected]

I sold 1.35 grams of digital gold

Komparify took additional charges of 69.67 rupees for Paytm wallet transfer for my settlement of digital gold order[protected]

Komparify didn't transfer amount of Rs. 6897.13 into my Paytm wallet [protected]

Shall i file a complaint to RBI or cyber crime cell. I am not going to leave and forget my money

As you had provided the UPI_id earlier so we cannot change the UPI mode. Kindly provide the valid UPI id to support[at]komparify[dot]com. The earlier which you had provided Paytm UPI failed due to (You cannot add this amount as you will exceed wallet credit limit. Please try with a lower amount) Thanks Team Komparify
