Komparify — Pending Gold transaction.

I have sold my 2 gold orders (Order id[protected] and[protected] on 31st of July, but the money didn't transferred also i have taken the customer support number from consumercomplaints.in, i got scammed by a fraudster and in result caused financial loss.
This is such a traumatised situation for me as I didn't know what can i do now, my 7000rs got stucked in Komparify.
Please help me.

Sorry for the inconvenience, bank transfer is initiated for the given two orders and it will reflect in your account with 48 hours.
