Komparify — Regarding my amount not received yet to my bank account

My order Id is[protected].

I have selled my digital gold on 8/11/2022 but till now still I did not get my amount to my bank account...I have gave my UPI Id to transfer the amount but now I got a message the to provide a valid Bank account number and ifsc code..

I have mailed to komparify many times but there is no reply...

Please transfer my amount to my UPI id or the bank details sent to [protected]@komparify.com.

Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
