[Resolved] Koovs — 4728174 - unable to cancel order

Team i m trying to cancel the order 472814 from koovs as same top is now on sale but unable to cancel the order from last 1 hour. Even after cancelling order within 24 hours, cancel option is not visible in mobile application. Kindly help, it will be highly appreciated.
