My order number is 6614550, i returned the product on 10th september and have not received my refund yet. When i raised a complaint with customer care, i was given a complaint number 1945218. However, the issue has not been resolved yet. It has been more than 20 days. I want my refund immediately otherwise i shall take this matter to consumer complaint forum. I have been loyal customer of koovs and this is what i get in return for my royalty??? I want my refund immediately. I am fed up with your service
