My return for exchange of my order is given to the staff on 21st september, but there is no process further for my exchange, i want that exchange on an urgent basis before 30th september, its a high neck pull over black which i have exchanged with 2 size bigger, plz deliever the parcel before 30th of september, bcoz am a frequent customer of koovs. Was this information helpful? | |||||
