[Resolved] Koovs.com / Marble E-Retail — exchange product not received yet | |||
I placed an exchange request for a product and the product was picked up from my address and has passed the quality check but the exchange product has not be dispatched yet. It has been almost a month but the order has not be shipped and there is no correspondence from koovs and on enquiring their is never satisfactory and i have written many emails and called them several times regarding the issue but the issue remains unresolved till date. Such negligent and irresponsible behavior on their part is highly disappointing. Was this information helpful? | |||
