Koovs.com / Marble E-Retail — i ordered few products by mistakenly it got cancelled and they charged the shipping charges deducted my money and have refund

I have placed an ordered for 1203rs almost all the items were shipped and only one item was left to be shipped but by mistakenly i cancelled the order they deducted the shipping amount of 199rs and refunded 60 rs only want full amount back the product was also not available with them but the charged the shipping.
