[Resolved]  Koovs.com / Marble E-Retail — koovs didn't give the exchange product, it one month since i have returned the product

Its been a month now that we are still waiting for our product its an exchange and we gave the product for quality check.. Pickup date was 10th march they told us that we will get our revisied product as the size was wrong in one week... Also they didn't even returned the money.. So we can order it again... Now its irritating plz resolve asap.. Product-harry sejal x koovs sleevless hoodie with zipper...

KOOVS Old School Sneakers & BLOTCH Panel Stripes Polo Shirt got the defective product they are not taking back after raising the return request customer assistence is trying to hide their mistake and they are not listening my words at all they are forcing to the product
