I just tried to buy two skater dresses on koovs. While placing the order through my upi my money has been debited and the order shows as failed.
I waited for a few minutes for the money to get debited back to my account, but it's not happening. Please answer my concern.

This is the 2nd time this is happening. (Although when it happened few weeks back it was resolved in an hour) but this time no luck. It's been a day and nothing.
