I ordered blue A line slit dress from koovs on 11th of December. And on 17th of December i received the parcel and when i opened my parcel i saw that I received a wrong product then i immediately contact koovs customer service about this issue and i placed return for that product.and on 18th of December courier boy came and picked up the product. After so many days passed but i haven't got any update from their side then i tried to contact them about my refund they started giving many excuses and now the issue is they have kept the product and in return they are not refunding my money. I also checked their reviews on PlayStore as well many customers facing the same problem they also haven't got their refund
It's been 19 days I haven't got my refund.Please kindly help me with this problem as soon as possible.
I am attaching all the details as a proof of purchase and the pictures of the wrong product and customer reviews as well.
