[Resolved] Koovs.com / Marble E-Retail — order cancelation

I placed two duplicate order by mistake cancelled both of them before 24 hours which is koovs given time to cancel an order. Order no. 5140909 got cancelled but no. 5140876 didn't get cancelled but it got shipped i do not want it can i refuse the delivery person when it comes.? I would also like to say that i cannot track my order.
Is there anyway to cancel the order now?
