I had placed an order on koovs.com on 27th of august, 2019.

As of yet, on 7th september 2019, no update has been given on the status of delivery. The online tracking offered by the company shows no steps taken for delivery of the order. After repeated calls and complaints to their customer care services, i've received no set deadline or assurance as to the delivery date. As such, i am registering this complaint to take action against such delay and irresponsibility on koovs.

Updated by Alves Benny No response yet and no action taken yet as of 15th September 2019. Customer care is as useless as ever. KOOVS is a complete fraud. Duping customers with offers and providing no support later. Most disappointed.
