I had placed an order on koovs.com on 27th of august, 2019. Order id:6603404 As of yet, on 7th september 2019, no update has been given on the status of delivery. The online tracking offered by the company shows no steps taken for delivery of the order. After repeated calls and complaints to their customer care services, i've received no set deadline or assurance as to the delivery date.
