Hi,
I had ordered two pair of shoes on 18th of july 2019. It got delivered to me on 25th of july, but when i tried it then i found the size is small, so next day on 26th of july i initiated en exchange. The order was picked up the same day. Since then i have been calling and calling regularly, and till do ie; 24th of august, i still haven't received my shoes, it has been over a month. Whenever i call, your customer service team hasn't given me any reason for this and just say that sorry for your inconvenience and i will put a special request for your order. But still after 1 month, i haven't recieved my product.
Please can anyone intervienne and give me justification and let me know if i ever receive my product or not
