[Resolved] Koovs.com / Marble E-Retail — product not delivered but still shows as delivered. | |||
I ordered from KOOVS India on August 28, 2019, and it's October 15, 2019 today, I received part of my order after a month and one of the product in my order is not delivered yet and they have now changed the status to delivered without actually delivering the product, It was a prepaid order and I have already paid for it and have not received anything. It's been a week, I have been contacting them for my order which is not yet delivered and every time I call them, they say please give us 24-48 hours, same scripted lines always and I don't get any revert back from them.
