[Resolved] Koovs.com / Marble E-Retail — product not yet delivered - order id:6469777 | |
I placed an order for a footwear on july 16th, which is till date not yet delivered. I wrote a mail to them, they cited that their entire inventory currently is in transition towards a new warehouse. It is nearly 2 months, and they haven't delivered the product. How much time does it take to shift to new warehouse knowing you have products to deliver? This is how they make money? By taking money and not giving the products? There is no option for cancelling the order either. Why such retail is even allowed to do business when they are openly cheating the public.
