[Resolved] Koovs.com / Marble E-Retail — refund for my returned items are not done yet | |||
I had ordered two dresses on koovs on 3rd september, 2019. As both the dresses weren’t fitting me well i had to return both. I had returned it on 7 september, 2019. It’s been exactly 23 days from the date of return and i haven’t got the refund amount yet. I tried calling the customer service several times but they didn’t respond.
