[Resolved] Koovs.com / Marble E-Retail — refund issue

I self-shipped my online order to koovs. The courier company has successfully delivered the product but koovs probably lost my product and is just making excuses now so that they don't have to refund my money. They have really bad and poor customer service. Their return process has always been slow but this time they just refuse to comply. I am really disappointed. Was this information helpful?
