I have bought a shirt from koovs on 23 reorders because of fit issue . My product recahed koovs warehouse on 30th march but i still haven’t received any refund .

My bank details are correct and it’s over 15 days I haven’t received a single penny in the form of refund. If it has processed at your end share the transaction number .
