[Resolved] Koovs.com / Marble E-Retail — return not processing even after a month | |||
Hi there. This is a complaint regarding the return process that koovs claims to be the easiest. I’ve ordered a pair of shoes on 31st of July but they were a size smaller to fit me. I requested an exchange for the same. First of all the exchanged product came a month or so late. But the pair wasn’t identical. I’ve again returned them on 30th August. And The quality check hasn’t been done yet. It’s been almost month. And whenever I call them they just won’t listen and say that they are dealing with warehouse shifting process.
