I Ordered a denim shirt and a jeans on 29th december, 2020 (Order Number 7753410) and due to size related issue I initiated a return request with bank refund on 7th Jan, 2021 as soon as I got the product.(Return Reference Number- C32964).The koovs agent has already picked the return order since 2 days and still any further detail regarding the return order status or the refund status has not been reached to me.

Hi! As per the courier tracking your order is still not delivered back at the warehouse and please note that we will be able to initiate the refund only once the product is successfully delivered back to our warehouse.
