I have placed a pair of shoes on 4th of july and it's been more than a month but still i haven't received them also i have called the customer care a numbers of time and they told me that the warehouse has been shifted so that's why my order is in pending list.
Whenever i called them they says
"please be rest assured that we have already escalated your concern for priority dispatch and as soon as the order is successfully shipped you will receive a notification email."
This is frustrating as how long i have to wait for that pair of shoes
This is how they treat there customer.
