I ordered a skirt and top for my sister's birthday as a gift and requested it to be delivered within 3 days.But I got a response after 2 days saying that I have just placed an order so I've to wait 5 days whereas other websites try their best if faster delivery is requested and inform the respective department.So I ordered on 26th night and it arrived on the 1st after her birthday.
the skirt was stained (old stock) and I have requested for return but no reply yet. They could from their software know I was planning a purchase and call to confirm, but when there is a query they take so long to reply. Moreover they work only Mon to Sat 10-6 (which is bad because even I'm at work at that time)so now I've to wait until Monday for a response.
Also they refund will be in form of a.promo code so even if I don't wish to I'm forced to purchase from them again. Which I'm ok with unless they don't send me old stock, soiled products :( very bad experience
