[Resolved] Koovs.com — refund not credited for returned product

I had ordered two clothing items from koovs.com and paid via an online wallet. Later, i had returned those two items. I received refund for one of the two items, but still haven't received the refund for the other one. The process started on 27th july, 2019 and i have tried emailing but received no response, their number is always busy and i just want my money back.
