[Resolved] Koovs — order not shipped since a month | |
I had placed an order on 8th of september with order id 6691496. This is prepaid. It's almost been a month and the product isn't even shipped yet. On contacting koovs customer care a number of times, no action has been taken. Everytime they repeat the same thing saying they are prioritizing the order but its been a month of them saying this.
