Koovs — Trying to get my cash

I have booked few products. .In that few product were big in size ..so i gave back the product and requested for cash back ...They told they gonna refund my money in a month and asked for my bank details which i have provided in detail ...and it's been three months m trying to get my cash back ..but ders no response. ..I have raised a complaint in koovs consumer and in consumer complaint also but my problem has not been solved so m again raising a complaint hoping dat this time the problem il b solved out bcoz koovs is trying to cheat me ..Just help me out to get my cash back ..order no : 1198446.. abhishek jain ..Mobile no : [protected]
