[Resolved] Koovs — white mandarin shirt

I have placed an order with order id:- 6652854. It has been placed on 7th sep and i have raised the return on very same day it has been collected on 12th september and i have called them and ask for refund they said they are working on it and it will take 5 days.

However till today we have received the refund. Can someone please help me to get this thing going.
