I am writing to cancel the order placed on 10th october 2016 on the online website koovs.com. The order id is 2650745. I used the option of cash on delivery (Cod) and was supposed to pay rs 2543 towards the purchase of : 1) eristona lace choker - rs 450 2) hattie x koovs hello cheeky slogan crop sweat top - rs1495 3) hair drama company head band - rs 399 4) hair drama company head band - rs199 I am unable to access the order cancellation form at your website as no such service is provided by your website. Koovs — Worst return service
I have placed for a return request twice but no action yet. Even so i get messages about my returning pickup from my place but they never turn up. Worst online shopping experience ever. Don't ever shop from koovs thats my suggestion to all.Greetings from Koovs.com !
