Koovs.com — No refund, no reply, not answering call

This is in regard to the payment made for nike wmns nike orive nm us size 8.5 on 31st aug 2015 from koovs.com. The amount got debited from the account but the order wasnt placed.

So, i made the payment once again and now the order is successfully placed from my account.

I have called on their customer care helpline several times but they put the call on hold for minutes together and neither have i received any reply from them.
