Kota Bypass Toll Plaza — unnecessary deducted toll charges | |||
Myself G.S. Chandak. My car no. is rj20 ub 0867. And my mobile no is [protected]. . I want to complain regarding unnecessary deducted toll charges at toll plaza near hanging bridge kota bypass toll plaza. Local vehicles, kota rto registered, are exempt from toll tax. I am a frequent traveller and every time they deducted unnecessary charges. So refund my deducted amount in my fastag account. I m copying below following messages received on my mobile... Dear Customer, Your FasTag A/c has been debited for Rs. 65 for transaction by Vehicle MBJGB8EM[protected] at Toll Kota Bypass Toll Plaza on[protected]T10:50:00. Balance amount in the A/c is Rs. 566.5 - HDFC Bank Ltd. Dear Customer, Your FasTag A/c has been debited for Rs. 65 for transaction by Vehicle MBJGB8EM[protected] at Toll Kota Bypass Toll Plaza on[protected]T08:05:48. I was passing by hanging bridge kota at 7.29 p.m and unnecessarily my amount of rs.65 had deducted as i was local and there is no charge for this!!so i want my amount returned as soon as possible

On August 9, 2021 by Bypass Kota Toll Plaza at the time 14:29 & 17:03 my Wagon R car number RJ20 CA 1790 Rs 65+65= 130 has been deducted as toll amount, which is against the rules. Because it is a vehicle of Kota city number and the rule of not deducting toll from this toll plaza is applicable on the vehicle of Kota city. Therefore, the said amount should be credited again in my account.
Today 18/03/2022 I have also been charged o[censored] necessary toll, whereas my vehicle no RJ14TA 4496 is protected under request given to the concern hanging bridge Kota toll authorities,
