Dear Pramila

I am not transferring my licence to other company.
I just want to get out of this.

And from last 2 years I am trying to get it done but you guys are doing business with this also.

I am not going to pay any fee for the same.
If you are not able to do the same without that then please tell me

Then I will go for legal action qgainst your company along with complaint to IRDA for the unnecessary charges you are asking from me for closing the agency.

As per me I havent signed any such documents pertaining to charges on closure of this agency.
