Kotak Life Insurance — Non-refund of cancelled policy

I have been an employee of Kotak Life (AC Market, Shakespeare Sarani Road, Kolkata) for 1 year now.

These people call up desperate jobseekers under the false pretext of a job profile called Team Development Manager, which is actually chain marketing for their policy business.

I was coerced to complete my sales target in 1.5 months instead of the official "3-month training" time wherein, I also had to sell a Health Shield policy after completing my official target of ₹1.80 lac.

The health shield (May/June2021) was for my cousin whose policy couldn't go through because of error in documents and my senior (Biswajit Chatterjee) asked me to transfer the money for a quick issuance of health shield policy. The policy was never issued and the money hasn't been refunded back by the company and my seniors- Biswajit Chatterjee and Rajat Ghosh have lied to me for months about the refund and about my monthly stipends.

This is complete fraud under the false pretenses of recruitment by this branch.

I want my proper refund and my deserved salary
