Kotak Mahindra Bank — Fraudulent transaction happened on my credit card dt. 03rd aug 2016 | |||||
Please note i had been issued a new credit urbane chip card on dt. 28th july 2016 on the basis of my old credit card of kotak bank as renewal. There after on 03rd aug 2016 at 15:00 hrs, i was repeated call by unknown person from cell no. [protected] asking details of my card for verification purpose, one lady staff & one male assisted posing as bank official & thereby compelling to give details or confirming my pancard no., also whether same is master card or visa card, expiry date, other details of backside of card, hence the send sms to my mobile to convince m reward points & gifts will be send to my mail address. Accordingly same day on 03rd aug 2016 a fradualent transaction was done & rs. 8478/- was debited from credit card account. To fraud merchant dealsmantra_ epaykerela Same day i realized & blocked my card vide compliant to kotak customer service mumbai sr. No. 1-[protected]... But regret to inform you i have approached kotak bank, khar branch personally, but not much assistance was given & still there is no solution for the loss incurred. I hope it must be some insider job of the bank, as bank is not given any positive response... Pls help to get me to get a through investigation done & get the culprits booked at the earliest.
